How much will it cost to ship my order?

The final cost of delivery depends on which mode of transport you choose:

  • to the office of the SPIDI courier company chosen by you - BGN 4.50 with VAT
  • to the address specified by you with the SPIDI courier company - BGN 7.00 with VAT

For an order worth BGN 70 or more, delivery is free for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in case you have selected the DELIVERY TO SPIDI OFFICE option.

 

How is the order paid?

There are two ways you can pay for your order:

  • by cash on delivery upon delivery by a courier or to the SPIDI office
  • payment in cash or by card* when picking up from an object that offers our products

*Please note that in the case of direct receipt of the order from an object, the possibility of payment by card is determined by the object itself.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an order at www.labellanaturalcare.com without registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that we have received your order and are preparing it for dispatch. When we ship the order, you will receive an additional email. If you are not sure that you have completed your order correctly and do not receive an email from us, please call us on +359 88 627 2626 or use our contact form.

 

How do I check my order history?

Only registered users can access this functionality. If you already have a registration, log in to your account and click on the "Orders" link located in the upper right corner of the screen.

 

How can I change or cancel an order?

To change or cancel an order, please email us at: labellanaturalcare@gmail.com or call us on +359 88 627 2626. Just tell us the order number or your names.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, with delivery and payment details to be specified by e-mail or phone.

 

I have placed an order on the website but my item has not arrived. Why?

One of the most common reasons for this is an unfinished order. If you complete your order correctly, you will receive an automatic email from us that we have received your order and that it is being processed. If you do not receive an e-mail a few minutes after completing the order, the order has not been completed.

 

I received confirmation that you shipped my order, but it hasn't arrived. What to do?

We monitor shipment movements daily and proactively contact you if delivery delays occur. If, however, the shipment is delayed for more than 2 days and we have not contacted you - please contact us. We will contact the courier company and track the shipment for you.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In most cases, delivery takes place within 1-3 working days, depending on what time the order is placed. If a longer than normal delay is required - we will notify each other by email or phone call.

 

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, if you are a legal entity - we will issue you an invoice. You need to provide your company details as a comment to the order or as a separate e-mail.

 

You used to offer a certain product, but now I can't find it. What to do?

Our goal is to keep the products in the online store up to date. If a product is unavailable or has been removed from the catalog, we may no longer support it for various reasons. How can I change the shipping address after the order is complete?

To change your shipping address, please email us at labellanaturalcare@gmail.com with your order number and new address details.

 

What happens if I receive a damaged product, or if one of the products is missing from the shipment?

All shipments containing breakable items are insured upon shipment. Therefore, we urge our customers to open their packages in front of the courier. If you find that any of the products in the order are missing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

I'm having trouble using your site. Can I place my order by phone or email?

Of course, there is no problem to place your order by phone or e-mail. Simply list the products you would like to purchase and tell us your shipping address. We will add shipping costs to your order amount and contact you to confirm delivery.
